PURPOSE:To inhibit the oscillating properties of voltage and currents approximately, and to improve stability on the control of voltage and currents and response characteristics by mounting a proportional block and a proportional arithmetic section to a voltage control section and fitting a first-order lag arithmetic section to a current minor-loop control system. CONSTITUTION:A setting output signal from a setting section 21 is transmitted over a first deviation detecting section 22. An output signal from a voltage detecting section 23 is arithmetically operate by a proportional differential arithmetic section 26, a deviation between an arithmetic output from the arithmetic section 26 and an output from a proportional block section 24 is detected by a second deviation detecting section 25, and a deviation output from the detecting section 25 is transmitted over a voltage amplifier 27, thus increasing the gains of a voltage control system and controlling secondary oscillations. A first-order lag arithmetic section 35 is mounted to a current minor-loop control system, and a first-order lag section is compensated so as to erase a first- order lead section generated by an LC filter.
