PURPOSE:To execute and display respective types of a logical processing to a picture for one screen in a real time by reading simultaneously a purpose picture element and the necessary number of the picture element adjoining to it from a picture memory, executing a logical calculation and displaying the result at a display part. CONSTITUTION:The system is equipped with the picture memory to receive the picture information added with the position information and writing the effective receiving picture information in accordance with the position information, an valid/invalid flag 2 displaying whether the receiving picture information is valid or invalid, a reading control part 3 reading the picture information in accordance with the display scanning sequence from the picture memory, a logic calculating part 4 executing the logic calculation of OR, AND, etc., and a display part. Since, plural picture elements are simultaneously read from the picture memory and in the logic calculating part 4, the logical calculation of the OR, AND, etc., with the purpose picture element and the adjoining picture element is executed, the logical calculation between picture elements can be executed in the real time, without destructing the contents of the picture memory 1, the display by the interpolating processing before completing the receiving of the picture information for one screen or the display by the processing of the picture after completing the receiving can be executed.
