PURPOSE:To execute the miniaturization by constituting the transmitting part and the receiving part through the linking part foldably freely. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting part 1 and a receiving part 2 are divided and formed, one side part of respective parts is linked by a hinge-shaped freely rotatable linking part 3, and the transmitting part 1 can be turned in the range from the rising condition to the falling condition to the receiving part 2. By such a constitution, the portable shape can be made by folding and making into the compact outer shape.
