PURPOSE:To increase the dropping speed of a bobbin when the holding of the bobbin is released without applying unreasonable forces to a holding member by applying downward forces to the bobbin released from the holding. CONSTITUTION:At the front end of a holding body 27 of a holding device 24 is fixedly arranged one of two holding members 28. The other holding member 29 is fixedly arranged on a rotating member 30 which has a tooth part 30a and is rotatably supported over a shaft 25. The supporting body 27 is provided with a hold-releasing member 33 rotatably supported over a shaft 32. The said member 33 is provided at its base part with a tooth part 33a being engaged with the tooth part 30a and the forward end of an arm 36 extending to above a bobbin inserting part 34 is provided with a push-out member 35. When the bobbin enters the inserting part 34, the holding member 29 is pressed by a spring 38. Then, when the holding body 27, while holding the bobbin, ascends to a specified position, the push-out member 35 is pressed downward by an impact member moved by a cam and located above the push-out member 35. This movement causes via the tooth part the holding member 29 to be moved in the releasing direction followed by the bobbin being pressed downward by the push-out member.
