METHOD OF BOBBIN SUPPLY IN SPINNING WINDER

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of drives and stops of a transfer means and extend the life of a driving device by driving continuously both the transfer means and an auxiliary for carrying (n) pieces of full bobbins and then driving only the auxiliary conveyer intermittently (n-1) times. CONSTITUTION:A transfer means 2 and an auxiliary conveyer 8 for full bobbins 5's are synchronously and continuously driven until the full bobbin carrying capacity (n) of the auxiliary conveyer 8 (including one in a chute 10) is reached. Then, the transfer means 2 is stopped and only the auxiliary conveyer 8 is intermittently driven (n-1) times to send bobbins one by one into the chute 10 to be handled. When the last full bobbin 5 passes before a photoelectric switch PH4 and a photoelectric switch PH1 at the chute and the both switch are turned off, the transfer conveyer 2 and the auxiliary conveyer 8 are again synchronously driven. This reduces the number of drives and stops of the transfer means (conveyer) 2 to 1/n and substantially extends the life of the drive motor and others.
