PURPOSE:To ensure the starting by connecting a switching element turned on at the oscillation start and turned off at the steady-state to a gate of an amplifier section FET. CONSTITUTION:A feedback section comprising a piezoelectric vibrator 1 and phase rotating capacitors 2, 3 and an amplifier section comprising FETs 5, 6 having two gates and a bias resistor 4 constitute an oscillation circuit. Then a buffer circuit 5 comprising FETS 7, 8 is connected to an output terminal A and an output is given from an output terminal OUT. Further, the output at the terminal OUT is connected to switching FETs 13, 14 via a rectifier circuit 15 and an inverter 12. The output of the FETs 13, 14 is given to a gate of the FETs 5, 6 to increase the transfer conductance of the FETs 5, 6. Thus, the oscillation is started surely.
