PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of electrode manufacturing environment, and increase charge-discharge efficiency and cycle life by using an organic semiconductor obtained by reaction of a specified nitrogen oxide and a specified heterocyclic compound in a positive electrode and/or a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:An organic semiconductor obtained by reacting a nitrogen oxide indicated in NOmX (X shows an inorganic group, and m shows an integer of 1 or 2) with a heterocyclic compound indicated in the formula (2) is used in a positive electrode and/or a negative electrode. Although the reaction of the nitrogen oxide and the heterocyclic compound can be undergone under any phase of a solid, liquid, or gas, the reaction under liquid phase in which a solvent capable of dissolving both compounds exists is preferable. The solvent which does not directly react with both compounds is suitably selected. |
