PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the surface of a lead in a lead molding process by forming a lead pushing section conducting stretch forming by a roller. CONSTITUTION:A lead molding die 11 has an inclined section corresponding to the side surface of the inner circumference of a guide 3a, stress for molding is applied to the nose section of a lead 2 by moving the molding die 11 as shown in the arrow, and the lead 2 is molded so as to coincide with the shape of the guide 3a more excellently. Consequently, the lead molding die 11 conducting stretch forming is formed by a plurality of bending rollers 6a-6c, and the molding surfaces of the bending rollers 6a-6c brought into contact with the surface of the lead 2, roller surfaces, are not slid to the lead 2 and perform pushing operation. Accordingly, stretch forming can be conducted without damaging the surface of the lead 2. |
