PURPOSE:To miniaturize a head drive power supply source by dividing wire heads into each group of M pieces from the end, deviating the head interval by P/M sequentially from the end, and deviating a pulse signal for driving the wire head sequentially by the period of 1/M. CONSTITUTION:When M=2, N represents the number of dots to be printed by a single wire head 1 and P a dot pitch. All the wire heads 1 are divided into A and B group, each consisting of two wire heads. In each group, when the wire heads are set in such a way that they are contracted by P/2 compared to the case in which the head interval is equal (NXP). In addition, a pulse signals which drives wire heads A and B are applied with the period T deviated from each other by 1/2. |
