摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the composite material of continuous length easily and integrate the materials forming the composite more firmly by putting the adhesive between the core material and the hollow body, heating up the core material above the fusion point to enlarge the diameter and generated pushing pressure, and adhering the core material and the hollow body. CONSTITUTION:The core material 1A a rod of ultra-polymeric polyolefin, on the surface of which an adhesive layer is formed by co-extrusion coat-molding, is inserted into the hollow body 2 made of different material which being passed through the circular heating device 4, and heated up above the fusion point. The said core material swells to the radial direction, enlarging its diameter to the original D and pushing the inner wall of the hollow body 2 with the pushing pressure generated therein, and the core material and the hollow body are adhered firmly each other to form the core 1B. By the said process, the composite material of continuous length made of ultra- polymeric polyolefin is produced without utilizing particular facilities, and the materials constituting the composite are more firmly integrated as a result of adding adhesive strength of the adhesive added to the contract bonding power created by swelling of the core material.
