<p>PURPOSE:To attain a monolithic circuit by providing a means switching the current level fed to a resistance circuit so as to invert the discrimination result of a discrimination means depending on the output level state of the resistance circuit in response to the discrimination result from the discrimination means. CONSTITUTION:When an L level signal is impressed to a control terminal 23, a transistor (TR) 20 is turned off, an output of an AND gate 24 goes also to an L level, a TR 21 is turned also off and the level of an output voltage V0 of a voltage comparison circuit 22 remains at a prescribed value. When the level at a control terminal 23 is at an H level, only the TR 20 is turned on, a current I flows to a resistance bridge circuit 16, the output voltage V0 goes to an H level because of VX<VY, the AND gate 24 is opened, the TR 21 is also turned on and a current 2I flows to the resistance bridge circuit 16. The relation of VX>VY exists by the temperature rise of resistive elements 12-14, the output voltage V0 goes to an L level and the TR 21 is turned off. The output voltage V0 changes at a period according to the heat dissipation characteristic of the resistive elements 12-15 by the repetition of on/off of the TR 21.</p> |
