PURPOSE:To prevent a reduction of a desilver abilty by treating with a bleach- fixing solution contg. a ferric complex salt of an organic acid, the photographic sensitive layer in which a mean content of a silver bromide containd in the silver halide emulsion layer is controlled to a less than the specific value, and the thickness of the photographic constituting layer is controlled to a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The photographic sensitive layer is composed of a blue, a green and a red sensitive silver halide emulsion layers. At least one layer of said silver halide emulsion layers contains <=50mol the mean content of silver bromide. The total thickness of the photographic constituting layer except that of the substrate is <=10mum. And, the photosensitive material constituted as mentioned above is exposed imagewise followed by treating it with the bleach- fixing solution contg. the ferric complex salt of the organic acid after developing it. As the ferric complex salt, for example, the ferric ammonium salt of the ethylene diamine tetraacetate is used. Thus, it makes possible to reduce a residual amount of silver containd in the photographic constituting layer (film) after bleach-fixing the photosensitive material. |
