This invention relates to the production method of directional silicon steel plate which has a (110)[001 crystal structure and is easily magnetized to the rolling direction. The silicon steel slab is made by hot rolling, and the precipitate, MnS, restrains the grain growth. In this method, the high pressure rolling is performed in order to precipitate the fine and homogeneous MnS and to improve the magnetic characteristic. At this time, the temperature range is in the extent that the latent time of the precipitation (tp) is faster than the beginning time of the recrystallization (Tr) and the rolling ratio is about 35-45%.
