PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection of pipe lines, by providing a double tube structure for a water inlet pipe to a hot well and a hot water outlet pipe from the hot well. CONSTITUTION:A regulating valve can feed water in a water chamber 16 directly to a discharge port through a mixing chamber 17 and simultaneously feed to a hot well 8 through a communication chamber 18, or feed to either one of them alone. Particularly, a communication pipe 35 from the communication chamber 18 to the hot well 8 is incorporated in a hot water feed connecting pipe 9 in a double tube structure with which a circulating circuit with respect to the hot well 8 may be established. Therefore, only two openings 4 may be sufficient for a washing basin 3. In order to minimize the pressure of flowing water exerted to the hot well 8 the diameter of the hot water feed pipe 37 is made larger than that of the water feed pipe 36. |
