Wall, in particular building wall, comprising wall elements (1) which are arranged one next to the other and/or one above the other and are designed in each case in a cassette-type manner and in a sandwich-type manner with a core consisting of solid material, in particular foamed plastic, and with a panel-type cladding (12) of the same at least on the visible side of the wall elements (1), which can also be fastened on load-bearing parts of the wall, in particular transverse load-bearing members (3). For the purpose of increased stability of the wall structure, the wall elements (1) in the mounted state are connected to one another on their mutually facing sides. Further serving to fasten the wall elements (1) on a transverse load-bearing member (3) is a fastening bracket or angle (6) which is introduced between the mutually facing sides of wall elements (1) arranged one above the other, consists preferably of stainless steel and by means of which the wall elements (1), connected to one another, can be attached on the transverse load-bearing member (3). <IMAGE>
