PURPOSE:To easily execute a management by unifying a processing end management, by printing automatically consecutive numbers and a result of processing to many sheets of mediums. CONSTITUTION:A character, etc.which have been written on a medium 10 are read by a reader 1 and a read data is sent to a processor 2, consecutive numbers are sent to the reader 1 from the processor 2 and the consecutive numbers are printed on its medium 10. On the other hand, the processor 2 stores the read data which has been sent, in a storage part 4, by using the consecutive numbers as a key. Subsequently, under a control of a consecutive number read control part 3, the consecutive numbers of the medium 10 are read, and when they are sent to the processor 2, the read data corresponding to the consecutive numbers is read out of the storage 4, and a processing based on the read data is performed. A result of processing is sent to the reader 1 by a transmitting means 5 and printed on the medium 10. In this way, many sheets are set to the reader 1 and the consecutive numbers and the result of processing are printed automatically onto the medium 10, therefore, the automation and the unification of the management can be realized. |
