<p>PURPOSE:To provide a laminating device, which can easily and efficiently manufacture a narrow and continuous constituent member made of composite material by laminating prepreg material sheets with different directions of fiber in multi- layers by a method wherein a roll stocker formed by arranging rolls, on which prepreg materials of different kinds are coiled, in an array is disposed. CONSTITUTION:First, a roll 2 is located at the position corresponding to a lay-up table 6. Secondly, a prepreg material sheet is fed by putting a feed roller 16 into actuation to pull out the prepreg material sheet on a lay-up tool 30, and to hold the edge of the sheet with a holding head 46. At this time, the backing paper peeled off the sheet is taken up with a roller 18. Thirdly, a cutting device 54 is put into actuation in order to cut off the sheet. Fourthly, a compaction roller 52 is pressed on the pull-out sheet by actuating the air cylinder 50 of a pressure bonding head 40 and, after that, shifted in the longitudinal direction. At the proper timing, the sheet is released from the compaction with the compaction roller 52 and one cycle completes when the compaction roller 52 reaches the end of the sheet.</p> |
