PURPOSE:To accumulate successively data, and to utilize it over many hours by accumulating successively an image which has decreased the quantity, of data, such as an original image itself as for a new one, and an image which has been formed by thinning out a picture element of the original image as for that which has passed a prescribed period. CONSTITUTION:Digital image data which has been inputted from an image input device 1 is written on a file through a reading/writing circuit 2. Data of characters, numerical values, etc. incidental to an image is inputted from a data input device 5, and it is also written together with the image data on the file 3 through the reading-out/writing circuit 2. The image and the data which have been recorded on the file 3 are read out through the circuit as necessary, processed by a processing circuit in accordance with a purpose, and also displayed on a display device 7. The reading/writing circuit 2 reads out a registration time 24 and a compressing circuit 25 with regard to all images and data which have been accumulated in the file 3, at every prescribed time, reads out image data 20 form the file 3 and makes the side of the small by a compressing circuit 8, and writes it on the file 3. Also, the images and data which have been registered and compressed stepwise with elapsed time. |
