<p>PURPOSE:To use a pen by a cordless method by superposing alternately or at every plural pieces conductor pattern layers, and placing a layer on which plural amorphous magnetic materials have been arranged in parallel to each other in the direction roughly vertical to the direction of the conductor pattern, between two layers of the conductor pattern layers, respectively. CONSTITUTION:As for conductor pattern layers A, A' on which conductors have been printed roughly in parallel to each other in the direction X, and conductor pattern layers B, B' on which conductors have been printed roughly in parallel to each other in the direction Y, the direction X and the direction Y are roughly orthogonal as shown by the coordinate axes. A layer C on which plural amorphous magnetic materials have been arranged roughly in parallel to each other in the direction Y is placed between the two layers A, A'. A layer D on which plural amorphous magnetic materials have been arranged roughly in parallel to each other in the direction X is placed between the two layers B, B'. In this case, the lamination order is ACA' BDB' from the upper part.</p> |
