An electrical coupling part is proposed having a multi-element housing which has plug-contact parts connected to a cable, is partially surrounded by an injection-moulded plastic sheath and in the case of which effective protection against the penetration of fluid and/or gaseous media into the internal region is ensured, without additional parts, both during the extrusion-coating process and during subsequent use at the location where it is to be used in that the sealing means are integrally formed on exposed points of the base and cover and on the free end of the insertion connecting piece, in such a manner that the forces occurring when the plastic sheath is injected thereon and shrunk act directly on the sealing means in such a manner that an internal allocation of the mutually cooperating regions takes place on the one hand of the base and the cover and on the other hand of the insertion connecting piece and the electrical cable.
