摘要 PURPOSE:To easily obtain a high-cut operation or a low-cut operation, by making a leaf value as a damper valve into an annular shape, and making variable a quantity of deflection at an inner peripheral end of the leaf valve. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 2 is slidably inserted in a cylinder 1. The piston rod 2 is provided at its end with a piston portion 3 and a low-cut value portion 4. A block 40 is accommodated in a piston nut 32 of the low-cut valve portion 4. A lower end opening of a port 40a is opposed to a port 41a of a seat block 41. An annular leaf valve 42 is located adjacent to the lower end surface of the seat block 41. The annular leaf valve 42 is adapted to be pressed down at its inner peripheral end in a so-called lever fashion to change a quantity of deflection at the inner peripheral end. In other words, when a higher pressure is generated in a pressure chamber 40c, the generation of a damping force in the direction of expansion is reduced.
