<p>Die casting mould with internal re-entrant wall sections consists of two mould halves which are moved axially against each other. Each of these is fitted with several plates which are aligned relative to each other and can be disconnected from each other. The mould is also fitted with internal protrusions and guides for these is one half, and also has grooves and is fitted with unlocking elements, which are connected with corresponding shapes in the other mould half. The elements grip round the protrusion guides, and are fitted with guide pegs. Each peg has a slide fit in a slot in each guide for the protrusions. In the locked position the mould insert plate of one half into which the protrusion rech, are fitted with pressure ledges at the area of contact with the protrusions, whilst each protrusion is fitted on its end face with an nlocking element for each guide for each protrusion. The construction permits the making of this mould by modification of a standard mould.</p> |
