Substd 6,7-dihydro-and 2,36,7-tetrahydro-SH-thiazolo (3,2a)-pyrimidines and their salts. N3A. Compounds of formula (I): (where R2, R3 and r4 = H, Cl, or F, but at least one must be Cl or F; R1 = Cl-4C alkyl; n = 2-3, A = H and B = OH or A+B form a C=C bond). - Preferred are (I) and (II) with R1 = Me or Et, R3 = Cl, R2 = R4 = H, and n = 2., esp. those where A = H and B = OH. - Used as (a) Anoretics and antidepressants (dose: 35-300 mg. (n=3); 15-150 mg. (n=2) and diuretics (n=z) Dose : 50-500 mg. - Preparation is, e.g. as follows:- X = Br or Cl.
