The invention relates to a wishbone (1) for windsurfing boards which has two spars (2, 3) curved outwards. The length of the wishbone (1) can be changed owing to the fact that one or more intermediate pieces (10, 11) can be inserted in each of the spars (2, 3). At one end, the intermediate pieces (10, 11) have an end section (13) whose outside diameter essentially corresponds to the inside diameter of the tubes (7, 8) forming the spars (2, 3). The transition to the remaining part of the intermediate piece (10, 11) is designed as an annular shoulder (14) for supporting the end section (18) of the spars (2, 3). A positive anti-rotation lock (15) is provided in order to prevent rotation at the push-in connection. The anti-rotation lock (15) is formed by axial surfaces (16, 17, 21), coming into engagement with one another, on the end sections (18) of the spars (2, 3) and the end sections (13) of the intermediate pieces (11, 12), which anti-rotation lock (15) deviates from the circular cross-section of the tubes (7, 8, 9, 10). <IMAGE>
