PURPOSE:To discharge the extent of proper energy to the outside of a system all the time, by estimating a degree of energy density in fuel gas to be discharged, and thereby setting a discharge of the fuel gas. CONSTITUTION:When the extent of energy density in fuel gas to be discharged to the outside of a system comes down, the energy density (e) calculated by an operator 8 from the detection value (g) made by a composition detector 7 becomes smaller, therefore a flow setting value (a) of discharge gas grows large. In consequence, it works so as to increase a gas flow rate to be discharged to the outside of a system. When inversely the energy density (e) in the discharge gas is increased, it grows large and works so as to decrease the discharge gas flow rate. With this constitution, an energy quantity to be discharged to the system outside is keepable to the setting value all the time. |
