PURPOSE:To grasp at a glance relations among the number of actual copies, a set number, and a copy size by providing a memory where the allowable set number of copies for each registered code number, the total number of actual copies, and the copy size are stored and a means which displays the allowable number of copies, the number of actual copies, and the copy size correspondingly to a card. CONSTITUTION:A display device 12 where the allowable set number of copies, the number of actual copies, and the copy size in each of departments A, B, C... are displayed is provided with a set number display part 13, a copy number display part 14, and a copy size display device 16. Display contents on the display part 13 are fixed unless they are changed, and the total number of copies is displayed on the display part 14, and the number of copies in each of sizes A4, A3, A5, is displayed on the display device 16. Thus, a user confirms at a glance the allowable number of copies and the number of copies in his own department at sight. When the number of copies coincides with the set number of copies, a signal 15 indicating that copying is impossible is issued from the memory side to a copying part. |
