PURPOSE:To perform laser medical treatment in a body without dirtying a laser emitting part by charging slightly liquid into the emitting part and projecting a laser irradiating part from the liquid at the irradiation time. CONSTITUTION:In case that a pipe 11 is inserted into the body, the front end part of the pipe 11 is inserted to a liquid 20 having no influences upon the body inside, and an operation bar 15 is operated to slide a step 18 of a slide tube 12 until it is brought into contact with a step 19 of the pipe 11. The liquid 20 is sucked into the pipe 11 by this operation. It is unnecessary to operate the operation bar at this time because the energizing force of the first spring 16 is weaker than that of the second spring 17, and it is sufficient if the first spring 16 is compressed. When the pipe 11 is inserted into the body, the liquid 20 prevents body liquids or the like remaining in the body from penetrating the pipe 11, and it is inserted without dirtying optical parts 10 such as a lens and a window. When the operation bar 15 is operated more strongly in this state, the second spring 17 is compressed and an optical fiber 8 is projected from the liquid 20. |
