A method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic device includes the steps of: forming a pattern (4) of a predetermined shape made of a photosensitive resin; forming an electrical circuit element (6) on a ceramic green sheet; stacking and pressing the pattern, the ceramic green sheet (5) having the electrical circuit element (6) thereon, and at least one ceramic green sheet (5) to prepare a laminated body (7); and sintering the laminated body. A ceramic electronic device integrally including a cavity and the electrical circuit element (11,12,13) therein is manufactured by this method.
