<p>Densifying of agglomerated pieces, esp. granules to be sintered, by placing these in suspension in a gel-forming material, applying an isostatic pressure on the gelled material which transmits it uniformly over the whole surface of the pieces suspended in it, and by separating the densified pieces so obtained by liquefying the gel material. Pref. the material is caused to gel by cooling.</p> |
