PURPOSE:To process pictures at high speed by adding a means to store the address data that defines the 3-dimensional form of an object. CONSTITUTION:The 1st memory device 1 stores the address data that defines the 3-dimensional form of the object. While the 2nd memory device 2 stores the video data that defines the details of the 2-dimensional surface of the object. Then the address data of the memory device 1 is transmitted to move the object in a space or change the direction of the object. Then the deformed address data is produced to define the 2-dimensional picture of the object. Then the video data is written to the 3rd memory device 6 together with the detailed data on said 2-dimensional surface in the form of the output video data that defines the 2-dimensional picture of the object according to the control of the deformed address data.
