PURPOSE:To control the ground clearance to the optimum one quickly by providing a means which operates the deviation between an actual ground clearance and a reference one, thereby controlling the deviation with the first drive duty when the absolute value of a vehicle speed and a steering angle exceeds each of specified values, and subsequently effecting the control with the second drive duty while the delivery and discharge flow of working fluid is reversed. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control device 102 operates the deviation from a reference ground clearance based on signals from ground clearance sensors 87 through 90, each of which is corresponding to each of actuators. And it controls the quantity of oil to each of the actuators with the first drive duty corresponding to the deviation when each of a vehicle speed and a steering angle detected by a vehicle speed sensor 95 and a steering angle sensor 96 exceeds each of specified values. After the control has been completed, the quantity of oil is controlled with the specified second drive duty for a specified period of time while the delivery and discharge flow of oil is reversed. This constitution can control the ground clearance quickly to the optimum one, and also can check the rolling of a vehicle positively when the vehicle is shifted to a curved running condition. |
