The parallelly arranged magnets are stacked crosswise in multiple stages to form integrated magnets S composed of the 1st - 4th columns. The magnets S are put into square columns A. Fresh liquor separated from fermented unrefined liquor is passed successively through plural square columns A. Since ethyl alcohol in the fresh liquor is supplied with an energy necessary for mesomerizing the alcohol, a bivalent alcoholic covalent bond is formed in the alcohol and the functional group (OH) of the alcohol is eliminated. Accordingly, a liquid having aromatic mild sweetness and free from irritant taste can be produced.</p>
