PURPOSE:Soybean are processed through an extruder to permit continuous production of soybean food with fibrous structure like meat. CONSTITUTION:Soybean are charged into a cylinder, mixed with solutions, kneaded, heated and pressurized, then, cooled down and continuously extruded out. The soybean product produced according to the present invention has meat-like fibrous structure and is free from odor characteristic in soybean, soft, tasty and digestive. Therefore, if can be used as an extender of meat products or boiled fish paste. Further, it can be used as a single food product after seasoning. |
