PURPOSE:To make it possible to mechanically wind hand-rolled noodle strips around noodle hanging bars in the form of infinity symbol (infinity ) without giving rocking operation to the noodle hanging bars, by moving a noodle delivery port in the form of infinity . CONSTITUTION:Noodle strips in a noodle container 31 are passed through a noodle guide and tubular body of a noodle delivery port 4 to lead the tip part out of a rotating port 5. At this time, a noodle hanging bar holding device 1 is brought near a noodle delivery port holding device 3 to reach the rotating port 5 of the noodle delivery port 4 about holding bases of noodle hanging bars 2. The tips of the hand-rolled noodle strips are hung on the holding base of the noodle hanging bars 2. The noodle delivery port 4 is then moved in the form of infinity symbol (infinity ) around the noodle hanging bars 2 to wind the hand-rolled noodle strips around the noodle hanging bars 2 in the form of infinity . The noodle hanging bar holding device 1 is then horizontally moved at the same time as the winding and hanging. When the noodle delivery port 4 is in almost agreement with the tips of the noodle hanging bars 2, the movement of the device 1 is stopped. The hand-rolled noodle strips are suitably cut and removed from the holding device 1 and new noodle hanging bars 2 are held in place of the old bars 2. The holding device 1 is returned to the original position to repeat the above-mentioned operation. |
