PURPOSE:To make two sides of each paper sheet congruous with each other accurately and simply as well as to secure such a two-side adjuster that is excellent in reliability, by distributing both obverse and reverse senses separately with the discriminated result of obverse or reverse, while turning over a sense of either side, and making the sense congruous with each other. CONSTITUTION:Making a discriminator 23 of an inspection mechanism 2 discriminate obverse or reverse of a bill, on the basis of the result, a distributing part 24 distributes an obverse bill to a stack part 25b, and a reverse bill to a stack part 25a, respectively. And, when a hand part 41 of a conveying device holds the reverse bill in a lump, this hand part 41 is turned over at 180 deg. in a vertical surface direction F, and the reverse bill is set down to the obverse bill collectively whereby two sides of the bill are accorded with each other. Therefore, the hand part 41 of the conveying device is constituted so as to be turned over in the vertical surface direction F to a pair of rails. Accordingly, these two sides of the bill are adjustable with each other so accurately and simply, thus two-side adjuster excellent in reliability is securable. |
