PURPOSE:To obtain a prostratable door mirror requiring no troublesome operation at a low cost by erecting or prostrating the door mirror at the assistant seat side via the motor drive in response to the manual erection or prostration of the door mirror at the driver seat side. CONSTITUTION:A switch SW detecting the attitude change resulting from erection or prostration is provided on the door mirror at the driver sear side, and an erection/prostration operating motor M is provided on the door mirror L at the assistant seat side. Next, this switch SW is incorporated into the drive circuit of the motor M. According to this constitution, the door mirror L at the assistant seat side can be automatically erected or prostrated via the drive of the motor M by only erecting or prostrating the door mirror R at the driver seat side manually As a result, the cost can be reduced as compared with a completely motor-operated prostratable type, and a switch activating a motor drive circuit is not required to be provided in the car room. |
