PURPOSE:To permit fusion bond of a printed film correctly without causing the deviation of a position or wrinkles upon molding by a method wherein a fixed side mold is provided with a function of forming a bored section at the predetermined place of a molded form and a film fixing pin to fix the clamped printed film to a movable side mold. CONSTITUTION:A printed film 4, clamped by employing a film clamping mechanism 3, is pinched between a movable side mold 2 and a film fixing pin 5 to fix it rigidly. When the movable side mold 2 is moved to the side of a fixed side mold 1 under this condition, the edge 2b of a rushing and engaging section 2a, provided on the movable side mold 2, punches the printed film 4 so as to obtain a predetermined size. The punched printed film 4 is released from clamping, effect by the clamping mechanism 3, however, is fixed by the fixing pin 5, therefore, the deviation of the position thereof will never be used and the film 4 is inserted into molds 1, 2 under a condition as it is while the deviation of the position or wrinkles will never be caused even during filling molten resin, whereby the printed film can be fushion bonded correctly to a predetermined position under a stabilized condition. |
