Water desalinating equipment. Comprises a vessel 1 having high mechanical strength protected externally by an insulating layer of glass fibre 17, upon which there is mounted above a plug 6 with a hermetic seal 7, the plug incorporating a set of "monel" electrodes 9 with an internal electrical connection 10 to the mains; together with the electrodes and the plug there is a tubular conduit 14 for exit of the gases which will be converted into desalinated water by means of a heat condenser, the electrodes and the gas exit conduit being within an enclosure 15 in the vessel, separating it from evaporation effects, with the further provision of a set of level sensors 12 combined with valves 4 to provide an automatic feed to the vessel.
