PURPOSE:To be able to keep a gas burner at a satisfactory condition and reduce the generation of CO as far as possible by controlling the operation of a blast fan which transfers burning air and is controlled by a control member which locates at the side of a seesaw lever and corresponds to the operation of the lever. CONSTITUTION:A rod 12 for water temp. which is extended backward from a water temp. detecting member 11 inserted in a water flow path 9 and easily moved up and down and a rod 14 for gas flow rate which is extended backward from a control valve 13 for a gas flow rate inserted in a gas flow path 10, are installed in parallel. The two rods 12 and 14 are connected each other with a seesaw lever 15 of which tips are attached to the two rods and the gas flow rate, that is, the output of a burner 6 is controlled correspondingly to water temp. change to be able to keep the ho-water outlet temp. at a constant level as far as possible. A control member 21 installed at the side of the lever 15 and corresponding to the action of the lever controls the operation of a blast fan 7 to adjust blast air quantity of burning air. Controlling burning air quantity corresponding to the change of the gas flow rate leads to keep the gas burning condition at a constant level as far as possible and also be able to eliminate the generation of CO. |
