PURPOSE:To integrate all of common leads in a unifying state, by superposing a FR wiring board to a head to mutually connecting not only individual leads but also unifying common leads. CONSTITUTION:In a head 1, an insulating sheet 11 is provided so as to traverse individual leads 3 and a connection lead 12 is formed on the surface of said sheet 1. Further, a unifying common lead 13 is provided on the surface of a head 1 in parallel to the end parts of the individual leads 3 and not only the common leads 10 and the connection lead 12 but also the unifying common lead 13 and the connection lead 12 are connected by wire bonding using wires 14. The end part of a FP wiring board 5 is superposed to the end part of the head 1 so as to superpose not only the unifying common lead 13 and a unifying common lead 8 but also the individual leads 3 and the individual leads 7 and the superposed leads are mutually connected. By this method, because the common leads 10 are collectively connected to the unifying commond lead 13 through the connection lead 12, all of the leads are collectively connected to the unifying common lead 8 of the FR wiring board 5. |
