PURPOSE:To restore a composite color television signal to an original color television signal by superimposing a color subcarrier frequency on the back porch part of a horizontally synchronizing signal of a video interval in which the coded bit informing is removed. CONSTITUTION:The information bit extracted from an information bit sampling circuit 26 is connected to one input of a start bit extractor 21 and an information bit extractor 23. An output signal S15 from a gate circuit 9 is connected to the other input of the start bit extractor 21 and the information bit is extracted. An output signal S17 is connected to the input of a start bit detector 22 and the start bit is detected, a detecting signal is connected to one input of an information bit detector 24 and whether the information bit detected by the information bit detector 24 is effective or not is decided. An output signal S16 is connected to the other input of the information bit extractor 23 from a gate circuit 10, and in the information bit extractor 23, the information bit is extracted and an output signal S18 is connected to the other input of the information bit detector 24 and the information is discriminated. |
