PURPOSE:To provide the cap of high sealing effect and easy to open and close with stable tap-open torque, by flowing a flowable liner material prepared in the inside of the top plate of cylindrical cap body having top to the peripheral end of top plate inside by means of spin-lining, and by molding with mold pressing. CONSTITUTION:A fluidized linear material 5 under heating is appropriately prepared in the inside of a top plate 3 of a cylindrical cap body 2 having top. Next, liner material 5 is flowed into the inside peripheral end of the top plate 3 of the cap body 2 which is abutted against the upper end of a bottle opening by spin-lining under high-speed rotation of the cap body 2, and the liner material 5 is formed into the shape of thick wall at is periphery. This linear material 5 is made to flow to the outside direction by centrifugal force, collided with the inside of a wall 4, interrupted from flowing further beyond the outside, and thus integrated to the inside end part of the top plate 3. the expected precise shape and required finished surface of liner 6 can be produced by mold- pressing the liner material 5 with the peripheral part being thickly formed. |
