<p>PURPOSE:To prevent corruption of lug portion fitting surface, to improve maintenance efficiency and to obtain good operation by inserting a shim plate for covering the fitting surface of the lug portion between the lug portion of an axle support member and the fitting portion of a disc brake device. CONSTITUTION:A lug portion 13 having a bolt hole 12 is integrally projected on the outer peripheral surface of an axle support member 1. A bracket 9 is put on a fitting surface 13a of the lug portion 13, with a shim plate 14 made of stainless steel sandwiched therebetween, and fixed to the lug portion 13 by a bolt 15. In this case, the size of the shim plate 14 is set in such a manner as to cover all over the fitting surface 13a of the lug portion 13, and an arm piece for elastically holding the lower end portion of the bracket 9 is extended from the lower end of the shim plate. Accordingly, the fitting surface of the lug portion can be prevented from corruption by earth and sand, muddy water and so on, the maintenance efficiency can be improved, and proper fitting posture can be ensure to obtain good operation.</p> |
