A 90 DEG bend is provided on the flange edge of the metallic frame of a miniature plug connector, along at least one side of the plug connector, which bend has attachments in the form of pins, on its edge facing away from the plug connector. The attachments can be inserted and soldered into catch holes on a printed-circuit board, as a result of which the plug connector can be mechanically mounted on the printed-circuit board in an uncomplicated manner, and the earth connection of the frame to an earth lead on the printed-circuit board can be produced at the same time. The plug connector can be provisionally fixed on the printed-circuit board by bending the projecting attachment ends around before wave soldering. |
