The cylinder body(1) is composed of an inhaling portion, a discharging portion (14), a hollowed space made on the inner surface of a driving space of the inhaling portion edge, a cap(2) and a locking plate(3). This body is attached on the frame. A hollowed hole(41) is made around the piston. A horizontal inserting hole (42) and a vertical discharging hole(43) are established. A stopper (6), which has a discharging space(61) in the acting space(44), moves the disc valve(5) up and down . Acting pipes(108) between the master cylinder and the brake drum are connected to the inhaling portion(12) and the discharging portion.
