Articulation and elastic suspension of autoclave gates. These devices make possible an adjustment of the parallelism of the bearings of the gate and of the tubing to which it will need to be applied, an automatic correction of a slight defect in the parallelism of the bearings due either to an error or to an unequal compression of the ring seal when the vessel is pressurised, avoiding any abnormal stress on the metal parts of the articulations. Finally, the mounting of the articulations by interposition of a ball bearing or thrust bearing considerably reduces the forces for handling gates which are always heavy.
