The present invention relates to a spray water collector for mass-produced or subsequent installation in lorry and other mudguards, which is above all intended to prevent, in the case of a rain-wet roadway, the lateral spray water showers of the in part extremely unsatisfactorily flat and circumferentially too short single and double tyre receptacle or covering recess mudguards in two-axle or multi-axle vehicles, by a spray water collector made of plastic or rubber with, arranged one above another and next to one another, spray water receiving funnels of elongate design with narrowing spray water passage openings, being mounted, by means of a number of distance and fastening projections mounted at short spacings at the side on the left and right of the spray water collector, by screwing or other fastening types, on the inside of the [lacuna] half or partially surrounding the respective tyres or even connecting and covering two short mudguards on three-axle vehicles, and consequently carries off backwards or forwards onto the road surface, via the spray water removal channels designed between inner edge mudguard and spray water collector and arranged in the cavity, the water received by the spray water receiving funnels.
