Shaft-hub connection

A shaft-hub connection is disclosed in which the connection of driven part and part to be driven is produced with the intermediate connection of a securing spring. The securing spring serves here to transmit the torque from the driven part to the part to be driven and serves simultaneously to fix axially the shaft-hub connection. In this case, the transmission from the driven part to the securing spring takes place via a small lever arm under a large degree of force whilst the transmission from the securing spring to the part to be driven takes place via a large lever arm and a correspondingly smaller force. Since the hub on the part to be driven mainly has the function here of a radial guide and does not serve directly to transmit force, the driving part with the hub can be produced in one piece from a less resistant material such as plastic. In order to release the shaft-hub connection, the securing spring is pushed back for example with the aid of a tool so that it comes free from the driven part. Subsequently, the part to be driven with the securing spring is then pulled off the driven part and the shaft-hub connection is released.
