This cabinet consists essentially of a cabinet part proper having walls 11, 12, 13 and a top 10 and resting on a framework 17, and of a frame 2 carrying the card racks 27. The frame comprises a vertical framework 20 which is solidly attached to struts 21 forming a right-angled isosceles triangle for lifting and which rests on pivoting castors 24, 24' and a stationary castor 26. The frame is connected to the cabinet by means of hinges including parts having pierced lugs 18, 18' fixed to the lateral wall 11 and threaded bushes 22, 22' fixed to the frame, the assembly being performed with the aid of pins consisting of screws. The screw of the bottom hinge constitutes a jack for slightly lifting the frame, thereby transferring the forces from the castor 24 to the frame 11. The invention applies to cabinets which can be installed right up against a wall. <IMAGE>
