The fastener has a sole plate 5 which is set under the re-entrant edges of a groove 3 and which has a rectangular outline with a width less than the distance between the edges of the groove 3 allowing it to be introduced into the groove 3, a length equal to the width of the bottom of the groove 3 and two truncated opposite corners 10, 11 allowing it to be wedged under the edges of the groove by a quarter of a turn movement. This sole plate 5 has an elastic tab 12 running alongside one of its long sides, raised up relative to the edges of the groove 3 and carrying a stop 15 which, after the end of the quarter of a turn movement, clips in under an edge of the groove and prevents any return movement. <IMAGE>
